An Unforgettable Asian Culinary Experience
To surprise Hila Rotem Shoshani and Dafna Eliakim, we decided to take them on a culinary journey that would make them feel like they had traveled to another world.
We gathered for a special Asian cooking workshop at a professional cooking studio, where we learned to prepare incredible dishes from the Thai, Vietnamese, Indonesian, and Chinese cuisines.
During the workshop, we made steamed Chinese buns, green papaya salad (Som Tam), Vietnamese spring rolls, stir-fried Pad Thai, Indonesian beef satay, rich fried rice, coconut curry fish stew, and banana tempura with toffee sauce.
The experience was delicious and exciting, there’s no doubt we’ll be coming back for more.
